No alert arrived
Check that monitoring is active, both phones are online, notifications are allowed, battery restrictions are disabled for CrySoothe and Do Not Disturb is not blocking alerts.
Baby phone shows an error
Stop monitoring, confirm microphone permission, close other apps using the microphone, then start monitoring again.
Pairing failed
Create a new code on the Baby phone. Codes are single-use and expire after five minutes.
Safety
Keep the phone and charging cable outside the crib and out of the child's reach. CrySoothe is not a medical device.
